Data Driven Decisions for Academic Achievement (D3A2), is composed of two parts: the Data Warehouse and the Resource Exchange. D3A2 is designed to be teacher friendly views of data that are intuitive in nature. The Data Warehouse contains the State Achievement and OGT data as loaded locally by the district. It is combined with EMIS data to enable features such as viewing test results by Standard, Benchmark, or Item; ability to view released test questions; viewing re-rostered data; and viewing student data by standard. From the data are links to the standard-aligned resources. The Resource Exchange is a collection of aligned Ohio Standards based resources such as lesson plans, assessment items, and classroom resources. It is populated from multiple vendors in Ohio such as, but not limited to, ODE’s IMS, the ORC resources and INFOhio.
