The Fiscal Software package is a fully inclusive group of  financial accounting, payroll and reporting systems design specifically for Ohio schools. Main software components consist of these programs:  Uniform School Accounting System (USAS), Uniform Staff/Payroll System (USPS), State Software Web Access Tools (SSWAT), School Asset Accounting System (SAAS), PayWeb, FiscWeb, Human Resource Kiosk and various other programs.  The State Software Development Team (SSDT) is constantly striving to improve the these packages and NOECA will always continue to provide the best of support to our member schools.
